Highgate Institute provides structured coaching and mastermind programmes for founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders navigating complex transitions — in their careers, their businesses, and the way they lead.
The Reality
The pattern is always the same: a technology emerges that changes what work means, who gets rewarded, and how value is created. The professionals who thrive aren't the ones who predict the future — they're the ones who understand themselves clearly enough to adapt.
Right now, that disruption is AI. Parts of your work — analysis, writing, research, first drafts — are already done faster and cheaper by machines. That's not a forecast. It's a fact.
The question isn't whether change affects you. It always does. The question is: what do you do with the parts that are still yours? What becomes more valuable now? What do you let go of?
Most professionals are stuck between two bad responses: ignoring the shift entirely, or chasing every new tool without a strategy. There's a third option.
Our Approach
This isn't a course on tools. It's not a technology workshop.
It's a structured process for thinking clearly about what changes — and what doesn't — when machines can do the repeatable parts of your work. Your strategy, your leadership, your positioning, your next move.
The disruption is technological. The response is personal. It depends on your strengths, your values, the business you're building, and the way you lead.
We start there.
The Framework
Our methodology integrates three of the most validated frameworks
in career science and change management, developed at MIT, Ohio State, and across 13 countries.
01
Ohio State · Northeastern Ohio Universities
Four psychological resources that determine how well someone navigates disruption: Concern, Control, Curiosity, Confidence. Validated across 13 countries. Over 1,000 peer-reviewed studies.
How we use it: we measure your adaptability profile — where you're strong and where you're stuck.
02
Author of Managing Transitions (1991)
Change is external — it happens to you. Transition is internal — it's how you process it. Three phases: Ending, Neutral Zone, New Beginning. Most people try to skip the middle. The middle is where the real thinking happens.
How we use it: we identify where you are psychologically — not just practically.
03
MIT Sloan School of Management
Eight career motivators that stay stable across a lifetime. Your anchor is what you won't sacrifice — autonomy, expertise, impact, security, the drive to build.
How we use it: we understand what drives you — so the path forward is yours, not a template.
The Programme
5–7 professionals. Different industries. Similar seniority.
One shared reality: AI is changing the game, and none of you should be figuring it out alone.
Six weeks. Weekly sessions. Facilitated by ICF-certified coaches.
Your adaptability profile. Your relationship with AI right now — what you're using, what you're avoiding, what you haven't thought about yet. The group meets, the ground rules are set.
Each week, one or two members bring a real situation to the group. Not abstract strategy — the actual decisions you're facing. The group works through it with you — different industries, different blind spots, better answers.
You've done the thinking. Now you execute. Shorter sessions. What did you do? What happened? Where are you stuck? The group holds you to it.
What you get
Founders rethinking their business model. Executives restructuring teams. Senior professionals whose expertise is being commoditised by AI. Leaders who know they need to act but want to think first — with people who are sharp enough to challenge them.
You don't need to be technical. You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be willing to think honestly about what's changing.

Individual Coaching
Some situations need private space. A founder working through a pivot. An executive navigating a restructuring. A senior leader rethinking their entire function.
Our 1:1 engagements use the same frameworks as the Mastermind — adapted to your specific situation, pace, and stakes.

ICF-Certified Business & Team Coach
20+ years in international FMCG across leadership, team development, and organisational change. Olga has coached executives through restructurings, market entries, digital transformations, and the kind of decisions that don't come with a playbook.
She brings what most coaches can't: the strategic clarity of someone who's been in the room when the decisions were made, and the depth of someone trained to hear what isn't being said.
"People don't resist change. They resist being changed without understanding why."
